My First Blue Monday

     This is my first blue Monday.   I wanted to share with you my Geiger Counter.

I find this to be very fascinating.   I didn't realize how many everyday items contain radiation.

     I ordered this Geiger Counter from Ebay.  It came directly from Russia.   All of the directions

are written in Russian.  I had to translate them.   

     Did you know that the smoke detectors that you have throughout your home contain 

an element called Americium.   Stay tuned - I'll fill you in on more Geiger Counter action in future posts to come.....
